At Leather Tend, we craft every piece with precision and care. If your experience falls short of expectations, we are here to assist — with a process that is simple, transparent, and respectful of our craftsmanship.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in new and unused condition, exactly as received

  • The security seal/tag must remain fully intact and unbroken

  • The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and documents

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return

Important – Security Seal

Every Leather Tend product is delivered with a security seal/tag.
Once this seal is broken or removed, the product will be considered used and not eligible for return.

Get Your Refund – After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days


Refund Details

You will be notified once your return is received and inspected

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Payments via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer will be refunded to the same account

Card refunds may take additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with broken or removed security seal/tag

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or scratches

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products returned after the 2-day return period

  • Products without original packaging or missing items


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

Received a damaged or defective product?

Please contact us immediately with clear photos/videos, and we will resolve the issue through:

  • Replacement

  • Repair
